All orders that paid before 14-00 are sent on the same day!

Delivery in Ukraine:.

  • Delivery in Ukraine is carried by Nova Poshta (if order amount is above 1500 UAH. delivery is free of charge!
  • Payment by cash in post office is possible in case your order not less than 400 UAH. (otherwise only full prepayment!)

Delivery outside Ukraine:

  • Courier service Ukrposhta (Delivery by other services can be discussed individually).
  • Delivery is paid by the customer according to shipping tariffs of courier service.

 

Payment for residents of Ukraine is made to the entrepreneur's current account-card or cash on delivery upon receipt at Novaya Poshta. If you chose to pay by post, you will overpay Nova Poshta 2% of the order value + UAH 20 for money transfer services. Orders for less than UAH 400. we ship only upon prepayment.

Payment for citizens of other countries is made online with a bank card when placing an order on the website, or through the PayPal payment system (payment address tattoodim@i.ua). In international shipments, there is no such mechanism as cash on delivery! Payment for goods - full prepayment.
